ActuallyRedactPDF provides browser-based PDF redaction tools. All document processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your documents.

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You may not use the service for any illegal purposes.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Limited to 5 PDF redactions per month. Includes manual redaction and Find & Redact features.

Pro Plan: $19/month for unlimited redactions, batch processing, and pattern detection. Billed monthly, cancel anytime.

4. Payment Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues that prevent service use.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our redaction technology permanently removes text by flattening documents to images, you are responsible for verifying that redactions meet your requirements before sharing documents.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this service, including but not limited to data breaches, compliance violations, or legal issues arising from improperly redacted documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActuallyRedactPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
